Disabled Services
We at Toyota Arena strive to provide excellent service to all of our guests, including those with disabilities and special needs.
Toyota Arena recognizes the needs of persons with disabilities and has met or exceeded the requirements of compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and California accessibility mandates. Toyota Arena provides a full range of accommodations for guests with disabilities to ensure their safety, comfort and enjoyment of our events and facilities. The following section highlights our services.
Accessible / Disabled Tickets
Accessible / Disabled seating is available on the floor, first and third level of the arena for most events. Accessible seating is available through Ticketmaster and the Toyota Arena Box Office. When ordering accessible tickets, it is important to indicate that you require accessible seating so we can properly seat you.
Wheelchair and Accessible Seating Policy
Accessible seating is reserved exclusively for guests with accessible needs and their companion(s). Guests purchasing accessible seating may purchase one (1) accessible seat and up to three (3) companion seats adjacent to the accessible seat. Depending upon availability, seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible to the accessible space. This policy ensures that we are able to accommodate all those that need accessible seating.
We are committed to working with guests on a case-by-case basis to adequately accommodate individual needs. All ticket sales and exchanges are on a first come, first serve basis and will depend on ticket availability.
Disabled Parking
Designated parking is available in all of our parking lots. These spaces, including van-accessible spaces, are designated for vehicles displaying a current state-issued disability placard or license plate. Disabled spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis so please plan accordingly.
