Charities and other non-profit organizations who would like to request a donation or auction item(s) from Toyota Arena should complete the Donation Request Form at the below link.
Any donation requests specifically for the Ontario Reign or Empire Styrkers should be directed to the respective team.
Please note, submitting a request does not guarantee it will be fulfilled. Toyota Arena receives a high volume of requests and we do our best to fulfill as many as we can.
Use of Arena for Fundraising Event
All Event proposals should be sent in writing with a brief overview of the following:
- Organization – general information.
- Proof of non-profit status (501-C)
- Type of event
- Date of event
- Timeframe including set up, public attendance, tear down etc.
- Expected attendance
- Any other details necessary to understand the nature of the event
